HOW WILL TOMAH REALTY MARKET YOUR PROPERTY?

Following are tools that we use regularly and will most likely suggest for marketing your property:

  1. TOMAH REALTY OFFICE TOUR-- as an office and a team we will discuss and view your property within a week of the listing date; oftentimes at the request of you, the client, we will come to your home before the listing is taken to help with pricing information or improvement suggestions.
  2. PHOTOGRAPHS-- we will take a digital photograph of your property. A picture is worth a thousand words only if it's the right picture!
  3. PROPERTY ADVERTISING--we will post your property listing on our website and utilize the local Tomah newspapers such as the Tomah Journal and the Tri-County Foxxy Shopper, as well as a noticeable downtown view in our window.

It is important to mention again that Tomah Realty does not package its listings and that each property is advertised and marketed in a different and appropriate fashion.
